- Contact form: name, company (optional), email address, message.
- Whitepaper download / notification: email address.
- Technical data: IP address (for security and abuse prevention only — not used for marketing).
We do not use tracking cookies, collect browsing data, or process special-category data as defined under Article 9 of the GDPR.

4. How long we keep your data
- Contact data: emails received are retained in our mailbox per our internal policy (maximum 3 years). Your data is not stored in our database.
- Whitepaper subscribers: email address and consent record kept until consent is withdrawn or a deletion request is received.
- Download tokens: valid for 72 hours after issuance.
- Security logs (IP addresses): maximum 24 hours in the active database.
5. Do we share your data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting) strictly for service delivery, under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.
